Since 2013, La Cristalería has been located in a building that is a heritage site because of its tiles that tell the story of Don Quixote's life. A former glassworks workshop with a tasting room, in which part of the machinery used in the workshop has been preserved.

Once upon a time there was a couple of two, those who have been together longer than they have been apart. Those who like to enjoy life and the moment. After working for others all our lives, in 2018 we decided to start our own little project, something completely different from what we had been doing until now... and that is how EL TALGO BAR was born. It was born with great enthusiasm, hard work, tenacity and a great, great desire to do things well: to return to the origins, to take care of the raw material and to make our place, that place where everyone feels at home.
